The jewellery arrived and again I received a one hour time slot for delivery and confirmation email when actually arrived at my home. The jewellery, two Sterling Silver bracelets for my two adult daughters are beautiful, as described and the correct engraving as requested on the order. Verified reviewThis is a replacement for a bracelet purchased 9 years ago but I should have taken more care reading the description. It’s now silver plated not sterling silver, engraving was much smaller and not very central so looks a bit odd. Not entirely happy

Verified reviewThe bangle itself is lovely, I really like the simplicity of it and the engraving is subtle, it looks expensive and adds class to outfits. However, the structure of the hook and eye isn’t overly secure, it easily opens and comes off and if you’re not careful it could be easy to lose.

Verified reviewI received the necklace, and after only one week, part of it had already started to rust. I contacted the company and asked for a replacement, but instead of offering a solution, they told me that the issue could not be caused by the necklace itself and that I should use a specific cleaning product. For a necklace to show signs of rust after just one week is very disappointing, and I do not think the customer should be expected to buy additional products to fix such an issue. Unfortunately, this was my first and definitely my last order from this company.

I think that we have at list 10 necklases like that in our kindergarten. And we are really happy. This year on the 4 of december 2026 would be also my last day in kindergarten. After 40 years with children I will stay at home with my husband, daughters and 2 grand childrens. Work with kids is really something given to people with big ❤️.
