pas de soucis pour obtenir des informations afin de finaliser la commande. Le vrai problème c'est le transporteur DPD et ce n'est pas la premiere fois que ca arrive des menteurs! Disent qu'ils n'ont pas pu me contacter (alors que je les attendais comme prevu) et déposent le colis en point relais (à l'opposé de mon atelier). Leur service client n'est pas efficace. Heureusement le colis etait bien emballé par Buyleatheronline donc pas de soucis pour le cuir.
