Verified reviewThe product is fine as I expected. I purchased a pair of these shoes when I was in Barcelona. However, the company Bexley was misleading. They are not informing people of the taxes and shipping.

Verified reviewI would highlight two areas that could be improved: 1. The entire online purchasing process, including the payment platform and order tracking. There is no need to reinvent the wheel, simply benchmarking other websites would help. There are several more advanced and user-friendly solutions available that would provide a much better experience for your customers. 2. Even though I purchased two pairs of shoes, I was still charged for shipping. For a customer like me, based in Portugal, this is discouraging and could make me think twice about placing another order.
