My package was delivered after 2,5 weeks, I needed the package for a party and I received it 1 week later. I called DHL and problem was that Francomina did not give my email address, nor phone number to them so they could not reach me to deliver the package, big mistake from Francomina.

Dear customers, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, although we are sorry to hear that your experience was not fully satisfactory due to the unavailable item. We fully understand your frustration with not receiving the complete order and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We would like to provide you with some additional information to clarify how this situation occurred and to reiterate our commitment to service. 1. Transparency and Stock Management We want to assure you that the accuracy of stock information on our website is our absolute priority. However, in rare instances, exceptional situations can occur that lead to the cancellation of a single item, even if it appeared to be available at the time of purchase: Warehouse Inventory Error: Despite our automated systems, small discrepancies between the physical and online inventory can occasionally occur. Post-Order Quality Control: Every item undergoes a rigorous final quality check before shipment. If a product shows a defect, it is immediately removed from the order to ensure you only receive merchandise in perfect condition. Simultaneous Orders: During high-traffic periods, it is possible for the last item in stock to be purchased almost simultaneously by multiple customers, leading to the cancellation of one of the orders during the processing phase. 2. Our Immediate Actions and Commitment to Service As soon as we verified the item's unavailability, we acted immediately and transparently to minimize the inconvenience: Quick Cancellation and Refund: The item was promptly canceled, and the corresponding amount was quickly refunded to you (and confirmed via email). Shipment of the Remaining Order: The order containing the other items was shipped as planned. Discount Code: We sent you a 10% discount code via email as a further sign of our apologies and as an incentive for your next purchase. We are always clear and transparent in our communications. The speed and attention with which we handled the unforeseen issue (immediate refund and discount) demonstrate our serious commitment to customer satisfaction. We sincerely hope that the professionalism shown in managing this unforeseen issue and the quality of the other items received may lead you to reconsider your overall rating of our service in the future, and we hope your review may improve. We remain at your complete disposal for any needs. Best regards, Fracomina Team
