My package was delivered after 2,5 weeks, I needed the package for a party and I received it 1 week later. I called DHL and problem was that Francomina did not give my email address, nor phone number to them so they could not reach me to deliver the package, big mistake from Francomina.

Verified reviewI had an issue with my product and needed to return it. However, I was required to: 1. Provide an explanation, even though I was still within the period in which I could cancel the order without giving any reason; and 2. Print a return label and incur additional costs, despite the fact that I will not be refunded the €10 once my payment is returned. Considering that the problem was not caused by me, this experience will make me think twice before purchasing from Fracomina again.

Verified reviewThe delivery was delayed and exceeded the estimated delivery time. According to DHL, the problem was due to Fracomina not providing the complete address on the package, which is why it was held in Porto for several days. The situation was resolved after several attempts I made with DHL to correct the shipping address.

Verified reviewMy last order left a bad taste!. I ordered the jacket in a specific size, at a price that was more than 100 euros cheaper. The order was rejected and I was refunded. The next day, the same jacket was available again at full price and, surprisingly, I was able to order it. So far, it looks like I will receive this order. For me, this is not really customer friendly. The logistics problem I do not mention in contect with Francomania, but I have still not receifed this Jacket.
