Verified reviewI ordered a pair of rainboots with Dpd and while I waited at home, they claim they delivered it to me, then after the next day, they suddenly sent me another email saying it is at the click and collect center. I went to the click and collect center 2 days after, and the lady there just couldn't find my parcel. I wrote to dressinn email, they promised me to track it and said it will take 7-14 days, I couldn't wait for so long so I ordered another pair from their website and wrote them to not send me the missed parcel anymore as I already ordered another pair with another shipping courier. few days after dressinn sent me an email claiming pdp already shipped the parcel to me and the link was invalid, I told them so and they just kept asking me to fill out a form and never really reply my question.

Verified reviewFik pakken til den tid som dress INN havde lovet, trods jeg havde min tvivl, grundet mange dårlig anmeldelser. Jeg har endnu ikke undersøgt pakkens indhold og kvalitet, men holder den hvad de lover for en jakke fra Gant, har jeg ikke noget at klage over. Skal bruge pakken som en gave, så jeg håber den passer og at jeg ikke skal sende den retur, med de problemer der kan opstå i den forbindelse.
