Verified reviewHonestly an near perfect experience - had ordered 3 items. Only two could be provided, a C&W representative contacted me, to notify whether I wanted to wait for a restock or refund. After requesting a refund, the representative responded saying this was complete and the money would reappear in 5-10 days. All of this was in the span of 3 days, approx. Basically, I am thoroughly satisfied with how they dealt with this issue; I, at first, didn't even know was a problem. They were honest, quick and reliable. I will be trusting Cowling & Wilcox to buy more art stuff, in the future.

Verified reviewEasy to use website. I made an error when ordering which was not apparent until the despatch details were received. A quick email to customer services and they were able to rectify the order just moments before the courier collected. Excellent service in my opinion.

Verified reviewI was disappointed to find that it was a mixed pack of card with only one sheet of olive. I may not have read the order correctly but I thought I had read a pack of olive card only. The card is the usual excellent quality.
