I'm so sorry your parcel turned up like this. You're completely correct that this is totally unprofessional and doesn't represent us at all well. We're training up some new staff at the moment and it looks like this important part of the training has been overlooked. Verified reviewI had a couple of vouchers for a retirement gift, after being baffled why every time At checkout £3.50postage was added. When Inspke with customer support and C&W they agreed that this would be reimbursed. I haven’t seen or had news of the latter yet. Terrible service.
