Verified reviewVery pleased with my canvas roll very cheap as well ,delivered very quick and safe ,will use again .however after offering free postage they then mailed me asking for another £8 or they would send it as Royal Mail charge extra as it was a strange size !k paid it but think they need to make this clearer and at checkout ,if you offer free postage it should be that exactly .in the postage small print they say it may cost extra if it’s oversized but it should appear at checkout out ,minor gripe ,overall happy either their service ,still recommended

Verified reviewEvri delivered my parcel to an entirely different block of flats on an entirely different street. I couldn’t get through to anyone from evri. Rang Cowling and Wilcox and spoke to Melanie who instantly offered me a refund or replacement. Luckily my partner ended up going on a search and rescue mission but Melanie couldn’t have been more helpful. And I got to speak to a real human!!!

Thank you for taking the time to review us and I'm sorry you're disappointed with our service. I've looked into this for you and can see that you ordered on a Friday and we sent the goods out on the following Monday which was on time but I can see our Carrier has let us both down on this occasion. When we found out, we organised a replacement order to be sent out but, unfortunately, we were out of stock of an item and so we brought this in from one of our shops to not let you down. I can see we've now received this and your order has been resent out. I'm so sorry for all the inconvenience you faced with this and hope everything is now OK? Verified reviewThe communication wasn’t quick with regards the order but once I contacted them the item was dispatched promptly. It had a small nick in the wood of the shelf of the Easel but due to it being greatly reduced I decided not to make a complaint. I sanded it down and kept it knowing not to be too precious with it as it was going to be covered with paint anyway. lol. Well I hope so ….and it will help me produce some better work. The shaft is very high and so I have had to use a piece of board on the shelf to raise the bottom level of the painting to waist height. The height of my ceiling is 224cms. My husband may have to cut 4” off the top but will wait and see how big my canvases will be. The joys of being an artist.

Verified reviewIt took me a very long time to fill in my order! I put in all my details and the items I wanted but then couldn’t find out how to fill in my payment details. In desperation I phoned C & W and I was told I had to press the Confirm Order (or similar) button and then I would be able to put in my Visa details. I would have thought the ‘Confirm Order’ button should be the final one to press!
