Thank you for taking the time to review us. I see that you ordered late on 16/08. It would have taken us a little time to pick your goods as, you're right, our system said the product was in stock but we couldn't find it. Unfortunately, on very rare occasions this happens and so we spent a little time investigating this to see if we could find the product. This took longer than expected and I can only apologise for this. We got back in touch on 22/08 just after the weekend break when you cancelled and requested a refund. All I can say is that it was an unacceptable and highly unusual situation from us from start to finish. We pride ourselves on our customer service as you can see from our many positive reviews so, once again, I'm so sorry for your poor experience. Verified reviewI had to call customer service for my item to be shipped after 10 days of waiting. Once I called my item was shipped that day. I don’t feel like I should need to remind a company to follow through promptly.
