Verified reviewI got a fake notice saying that the parcel had not been delivered so I sent a negative review. In fact the service was excellent becasue the parcel was sent via Royal Mail - slow but 100% reliable - and posted through my letter box. Well done.

Verified reviewThey are quick and the delivery was as promised. The package was a little knocked on arrival, but every single pot of paint (500ml pots) was well bubble wrapped, so they obviously know the packaging gets slightly knocked about!

Verified reviewDelivery came quickly. Unfortunately, there are some small scratches in the woodwork on the table easel I ordered. Not enough to merit the hassle of sending it back but a little disappointing as this is a birthday gift for someone else.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry your product wasn't perfect. We do check every product which leaves us so it's very disappointing that this one slipped through the net. I can offer you a 10% refund or a 10% gift voucher. I hope this helps. Please let me know how you'd liek me to proceed. Once again, I'm so sorry your gift didn't arrive as expected. Kind regards, Guy.
