Verified reviewI had a problem with an easel that was delivered. It was impossible to put the easel together as there was a structural fault. This took some time to resolve - however customer services were very helpful in trying to resolve this with descriptions over a phonecall - particularly as I have impaired hearing. Eventually on the third phonecall the matter was resolved very satisfactorily.
