Verified reviewOrdered a pack of Windsor and Newton pens. Fast, efficient delivery and regular email updates. Some of the pens had leaked a bit so I contacted Cowling and Wilcox to see what could be done. The response I got was fantastic, very human, empathetic and personal. They sent replacement pens immediately with no questions asked. Couldn't believe the high level of customer service. Would definitely recommend and use again
