Verified reviewAs always, great products and good delivery. Free delivery was the clincher in decision to buy these marker pens. I do try to buy from my local art shop usually. Many thanks.

Verified reviewLast item ordered was 4 sketchbooks, 2 small square ones and 2 A4 books. which although I was pleased with, they were advertised as having free postage, but this was not the case, as I put in the code given for me to get free postage, but it did not happen. This meant the sketchbooks worked out more expensive.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I can confirm you did receive Free Delivery. You should be able to see on your invoice that you received a £3.95 discount for your £3.95 delivery charge. So, the total was £12.98. Can you please have a look for me and confirm this is all OK from your end? Kind regards, Guy.
