Verified reviewThe artists' canvas boards were very good. One size was out of stock however the customer service sorted an alternative promptly. I would have given 5 stars but did not. The reason for this was that even as the website advertises that there is free postage it turned out not to be true for this order as I was charged £10 for postage. I live in Moray not on the moon.

Verified reviewI ordered a table top easel. The order seemed to take longer than expected to arrive, so I contacted customer service. They realised there had been a error on the computer and were very apologetic and quickly got the item sent. The item then arrived quickly and was in excellent condition. All other times that I have ordered from cowling orders have been dispatched promptly. Great company
