Verified reviewGood products at reasonable prices. But the packaging it came in - a massive carton filled with literally rubbish! Old bits of various plastic , torn card and carton, random papers… the carton had been crushed and did not protect the contents in any way.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry about this and this is totally unacceptable. I'll be having a stern chat with our packers as they have never been told they can do this and normally never do. Thank you for letting us know. I'll ask one of our customer service team to be in touch with you soon to offer you a discount off your next order as an apology. Hopefully, your goods will arrive in a much better state next time. Once again, many thanks for letting us know and I do apologise for the state of your delivery. Kind regards, Guy.

Verified reviewThe product, pricing, and delivery were great. The marketing communications outside of the process information are intrusive and you will probably unsubscribe as soon as you have received your delivery.
