Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry you had bad experience with us. I'll look into your case and be back in touch very soon. Kind regards, Guy. ** Update 13/12/2023 ** I understand my colleague, Megan, has been in touch and has reassured you that you, unfortunately, spoke to one of her colleagues who was having a very bad day. I know he really cares about his job (and is very good at it) but he simply couldn't muster the energy due to the early stages of a winter bug. Needless to say, he spent the next few days at home recuperating. I hope Megan has put your mind at rest that this was a very unusual situation and we always do our best to provide excellent customer service. If we can help with anything else, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Kind regards, Guy.

Verified reviewI had some questions as to how flexible the canvas I was purchasing would be once coated with gesso. Had very helpful conversation with someone who obviously knew what they were talking about!

Verified reviewCowling & Wilcox! can't fault their prices, swiftness of delivery and a customer service they can be proud of, a great selection of everything for any style of art or craft from the professional artist to children's beginnings with everything in between that you can think of from a website that's simple to follow and one that carries endless products, an artist for over 70 years, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
