Verified reviewI recently started using Cowling & Wilcox and have been super-impressed with the service. The selection and pricing is fantastic, they dispatch very quickly (even during the Black Friday rush), everything is well packaged too. I needed to email to query something in one of my deliveries and they answered my enquiry within the hour with the full information I needed. In this day and age that's unbelievable. Really, really impressed and will use them as my first choice for art supplies from now on. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry you had issues with our responses by phone. We pride ourselves on our customer service so this is very upsetting to hear. As an explanation, we've been very busy recently due to the time of the year and have been hit with the winter flu as many other firms have. I can only assume you caught us on a bad day. Once again, I do apologise for this and I can assure you this is not normal for us. Kind regards, Guy. ** Update 13/12/23 ** I understand my colleague, Megan, has been in touch and you're now more reassured that we really care about our great customer service. This is why it's dreadful to hear when we've let one of our customers down. Once again, I do apologise and can assure you this is a very rare incident. If you'd like to discuss anything further, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Kind regards, Guy.
