Verified reviewI didn’t really interact too much. I ordered it, they sent it. That’s pretty much the minimum standard as far as I’m aware.

Verified reviewReally slow delivery…. Item arrived 12 days after ordering. They use Evri. I ordered something from another online shop and was shipped with Evri also. It arrived next day! So don’t blame the shipping company.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry your delivery took so long to arrive. I can assure you we sent your goods out the day after we returned from Xmas. I know Evri had some issues in certain areas so, unfortunately, your parcel may have got caught up in that. I can only apologise and assure that we rarely have delivery issues. I hope you can trust us to use us again. Kind regards, Guy, Cowling & Wilcox.
