Verified reviewAlways a good experience with Cowling and Wilcox, the products are staple classics and ordering from the site is easy . I once had a minor problem with an easel assembly and it was promptly dealt with and the team were very responsive and help you. The canvases I ordered this time are as good as always. Highly recommend this site, good prices too. Thanks

Verified reviewThe product is great, but the delivery service came earlier without enough notice. I was upstairs and heard a knock at the door, when I got to the front door, no-one. I then saw a mail from the courier service saying they are coming earlier. I mailed them asking where the parcel is but no response. Later in the day, I went out and saw a parcel lying a few feet away from the front door. Lucky no-one took it because this is a busy road.

Thank you for taking the time to review. Firstly, I'm very pleased you feel the products we sent you is great. However, I'm very sorry you had a bad experience with our carrier. Normally, they do a great job but there are some drivers who seem to rush things and don't do the best job they could. We'll be sure to feedback to our Carrier and, once again, many thanks for pointing out the issues you've had. Kind regards, Guy.
