Verified reviewGood array of products with prices to beat Amazon virtually every time. Orders are well packed and padded. Would definitely use again but for one thing. They use Evri for deliveries and that's a deal breaker for me. No option for other couriers as on Amazon. There are many good Art material stockists online now and customers who eventually wind up disappointed by this courier company will go elsewhere. I have tried to warn them but got the usual glazed eyed response regarding "isolated" incidents involving Evri. Funny how review sites are awash with these isolated incidents.

Thank you for taking the time to review us and explaining your issues with us despite the fact, overall, you like the way we do things. It is true that we have very few issues with Evri now that they've rebranded themselves and tightened up their systems. We also use DPD and DHL and, to be honest, have just as many, if not more, issues with them as Evri. Nowadays, it really comes down to the drivers. Most of them are excellent but you get the odd one who just won't do their job properly and let us all down. These drivers seem to work for all of the Couriers so we get sporadic issues with all of them. We could consider adding DHL or DPD to our Carrier choices but this would involve a surcharge as they charge more than Evri for regular parcels. We tend to use them for more irregular parcels where they can offer this extra serviced. Would you be interested in us adding more Courier options at different price points? If so, which Courier would you like to use? Kind regards, Guy.
