Verified reviewHad to spend over £60 to get free delivery as my gift voucher did not count towards it. Bit of sharp practice, have asked that daughter does not buy me another one. Poor choice of individual watercolours, had to get artist quality as no individual colours in cotman range. £10 gift cost me another £50 to use it.

Thank you for your feedback. I've looked into your complaint and you've highlighted something we've never noticed before. To be honest, there are a few restrictions with Gift Vouchers but I can assure you this is not we want but a frustration that we're a bit restricted by the the confines of our website platform. It's a great system but there's the odd thing which could be more flexible. On the subject of Cotman colours, we're looking to bring these in very soon along with many other new products. Once again, thank you so much for pointing out the concerns you had with your order and I can assure you we're working hard to fix these issues as soon as we can. Kind regards, Guy.

Verified reviewCustomer service was excellent! I was concerned that my order would be delivered while I was away and be left on the doorstep. The communication I had was amazingly reassuring and as promised my order was held over and delivered the day after I returned home. Perfect!
