Verified reviewAn excellent company with a solid customer service team. I ordered several items including a large easel. All were of very good quality. The deliveries were split and didn’t arrive together but the customer service team were helpful when I contacted them, and everything arrived within 9 days.

Verified reviewI have been buying Oil paints from Cowling & Wilcox over this past year due to their fantastic discounts and quality of service. Because they have been so good I have recommended them to several Artist friends of mine who have started to buy from them as well.

Verified reviewI was really disappointed it took over 3 days to pack a few, small tubes of paint, and in total 6 days for delivery. Will not be using this firm again

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm sorry it took so long for you to receive your goods. We always do our best to despatch within 24 hours but there are occasions when this can take a little longer. In your case, you ordered on a Wednesday afternoon and we despatched 48 hours later on the Friday on a tracked service. The Carrier we used don't deliver at the weekend so this would explain why it took longer than normal. I apologise that this happened to you but it seems it was mainly due to unfortunate timing. I'm very sorry about that. Kind regards, Guy.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry your delivery has taken so long to arrive. We despatched your goods to Germany a few days after you ordered. So, it seems your goods have got stuck somewhere between here and your address. We sent you your tracking number but maybe it got lost on your Junk mail. Here it is again and we can see it's in Germany but hasn't been dleivered to your address yet. Tracking Number: LE199791146GB. If I can help further, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Kind regards, Guy.

Verified reviewI have been looking for graph paper of this size for years. I discovered this outlet through following a knitwear designer who recommend this place as stocking a useful size of paper. I searched 'Graph Paper' but that didn't help. Instead I searched paper products. My order was well wrapped and mailed in a cardboard tube, as the graph paper is rolled up.
