Verified reviewAfter ordering and payment was told no stock in warehouse but it would be sent by a store, then was sent to warehouse rather than directly to me causing huge delays in the studio. Then shipping method took a further week to arrive.

It is very rare but sometimes our system is out in our warehouse so we do have to bring in product from one of our stores which can take a few days if the van doesn't line up with our request. I'm so sorry this happened to you. I really don't understand how our delivery service took a week to deliver. We sent your goods out on a 24-48 hour service which should have been with you within 2 days max. Once again, I really do apologise for the delay in your delivery. It's something we always try to avoid and have a great reputation for efficient despatch. I notice you live near our Camberwell shop and, as a small apology, I'd be happy to offer you 10% off in our store next time you visit. Verified reviewWhen I placed my order it showed qualified for free delivery. However as soon as I put my voucher code in (present from work), I suddenly had to pay delivery. That is unacceptable.

Verified reviewThe products were good as far as I can tell although the paste arrived too late for me to use in my art class as intended as the delivery was very slow indeed. The order was placed on Saturday and the items were delivered the following Friday afternoon. Not sure if this was Evrin’s fault or Cowling and Wilcox’s but it was very disappointing. The brushes look good although I haven’t used them yet, either, as my latest project was acrylics and the brushes are watercolour brushes.
