In my last misplaced order, using the photo they sent I walked up our street and finally found my order from you behind a car and brick wall. I am now reluctant to buy online from you. It’s Evri I do not trust.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry your deliveries took so long. You seem to have got caught up in a changeover of services here. For a short period of time, we moved our delivery service from a Next day service to a Two-Day service as we had issues with the one-day service. We've now rectified this and all deliveries will be sent out next day. It also looks like your parcel took a lot longer to be despatched than normal. As a standard, we attempt to send out orders within 24 hours. Sometimes this does fluctuate, though, due to temporary staffing issues. So why is the subsequent purchase of brushes taking so long? Why not simply use Royal Mail for small, light itmes?

Thanks for coming back to me. Your goods left us Thursday night and it looks like the service they were on don't deliver at the weekend in your area. Hopefully, they'll arrive today. In terms of Royal Mail, that's exactly what we're doing now. All small orders are going out Royal Mail 24 Tracked now. The issue we had is that Royal mail lost the plot for a while but now they're sorted it all out. Once again, I'm so sorry you got caught up in this. Kind regards, Guy.
