Verified reviewThe products were okay, I am not brilliant at self assembly. Delivery was poor by DPD the worst courier service ever. Left parcel in back street. They never knock or ring the bell. The parcel was damaged and open at the top. They haven't a clue about custom er service . Not my first bad =experience with DPD

Thank you for taking the time to review us. To be honest, I'm a little confused. We very rarely use DPD so I'm not sure if you've reviewed our delivery. Please let me know if I can help further. Kind regards, Guy.

Verified reviewThe customer care I experienced was exceptional. The canvas looks like very nice quality. I test a canvas to stretch by trying the tear the corner both directions to test for strength, and it is tough enough for my purposes. I didn't tear it with the pressure I put on it which is good. The texture seems smooth enough for my work too although I haven't got to paint on it at this point of writing. It stretched well too. Overall I give 5 stars across the board, packing was also excellent, so much care to ensure it reached me in top condition.
