Verified reviewTo be honest I don’t feel that the issue I had with Cowling and Wilcox was totally down to them rather than Royal Mail? I made a purchase and paid more to have the purchase delivered the next day. As one usual receives a communication from the couriers letting the customer know what time to expect the package, by the afternoon I’d heard nothing and contacted Cowling and Wilcox and to their credit they sent a replacement that did arrive the following day. So, I was happy with the approach they took, without questions. So, would commend them for that and the speed at which the problem was resolved The goods were still late, but thankfully I got away with not needing them as urgently as I thought.

After relaying this to C&W, it was quickly rectified and the rest of the missing pack was received, also well packed.
