Verified reviewGood value but took a while to arrive and that after being erroneously told I would have to pay an extra postage fee – didn't pay it of course and after querying the email I was told that the delivery company accepted they were wrong. So, all in all, satisfactory – but not without its problems.

Verified reviewI waited a fortnight but my order never arrived. I had to contact Cowling & Wilcox to inform them, they didn’t bother tracking it. I’m still waiting for my refund which 5 days after it was apparently “authorised”, has still not appeared in my account.

Hi Thank you for taking the time to review us. All feedback is very useful for us. Having looked into your order, it seems we were let down by our Courier on this occasion. I'm so sorry about this. We did track your order but unfortunately there was no delivery information. Due to these issues, we agreed to refund your order which we did on Saturday 17/05 (you requested your refund on the Thursday before). As this was done at the weekend, the refund was only processed by our Bank on the next working day, ie. Monday. I'm so sorry we had so many issues with your order and I can assure you we very rarely have delivery problems like this. I hope you can trust us again with another order. Verified reviewOrdered a 30 x 40 inches canvas on Monday. By Friday I still had no delivery advice, so I called them to ask where it was. It hadn't been despatched yet as they'd had people off that week. Sent following day and arrived Tuesday ( 8 days). The canvas was thin and cheap with the support bars showing through to front of the canvas. Total waste of time and money I'm afraid. Wouldn't recommend. Won't by from them again.

Your feedback is invaluable and helps us improve our services. We realy have issues sending goods out on time but Easter so close to a Bank Holiday has caused a bit of pressure on our despatching. We receive very few complaints about our canvas and we sell a lot of these. I wonder if the canvas we sent you has slipped through our quality control and isn't the decent quality we (and you) would expect.
