Verified reviewSlow in processing order. Canvas arrived just wrapped in bubble wrap and brown paper which was ripped. Canvas slightly bent in post. Other art companies post well package and in box. Not impressed.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm sorry you were disappointed with your order. I've looked into your order and see that we dispatched within 4 working days of receiving your order. This could have been better but we were still recovering fully from Black Friday (the weekend before). We normally despatch within 2 working days but, at busier times of the year, deliveries can take a little longer. I notice you ordered canvas boards (not canvas) so the packaging was probably correct for these rigid boards. Having said that, I'm very disappointed to hear they're arrived bent. Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry our Carrier let us (both) down. I fully understand how frustrating this can be. We use many different Carriers (RM, Evri, DPD, DHL, DX and Amazon) and, to be honest, especially at this time of year all of them can give us problems. Normally everything is fine but there can definitely be issues and it really doesn't matter which Carrier you use. They can all be prone to these type of issues from time to time. Verified reviewMy order wasn’t delivered. No surprise really, given that Evri was the chosen courier. I suggest you use Royal Mail in future. It seems unfair that this review insists that I give a star rating. I can only give 1, even though I never received the goods.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry you had a bad experience with one of our Couriers. We do use Evri as well as Royal Mail, DPD, DX and DHL. To be honest, we still haven't found a Carrier which doesn't, from time to time, let us down. They're all under pressure and the quality of service is so reliant on the driver/postman. That being said, I'm so sorry that our Carrier let us both down on this occasion. I understand we've been in touch with you and you've agreed to a refund rather than a replacement order. Thankyou for your reply. Perhaps if I give you a little more information, you will understand why Evri - in my experience - are so bad. I and two neighbours live in the country, two miles from the nearest village. We live up a half mile, unmade farm track. It’s rough, but not impassable by any means. Royal Mail deliver daily, we have oil delivered, I am lucky enough to own an Aston Martin which I drive - carefully - up and down the track. Evri frequently - and I mean 9 or 10 occasions this year - have either failed to deliver orders or left them by the side of the road at the bottom of the track. No other courier does this. Sorry to bore you with my story, I’m sorry you lost an order.

Thank you for taking the time to explain a little further and, by the way, I'm very jealous of your car :-) You're right, every situation is different and we're planning on putting a system in place where customers can choose their Carrier to help with this.
