Verified reviewThe website was good. The products are good quality and Cowling has a good reputation for decades. The 'standard' delivery took 10 days via Evri courier and had I known I would not have ordered this item. I received 11 emails from Cowling and Evri regarding my order 'ytracking' yet it was delivered in the dark and rain at a door it took us hours to find. Way too complex for a simple low cost order and worrying for days due to the oders non arrival which we waited for everyday for a week.

Verified reviewThe website is not the most straightforward or intuitive to use and the order took a lot longer to process than I anticipated. I ordered pastel pencils and these were loose within a cardboard container allowing them to move. I will not know until I sharpen them if the leads are disrupted. Good price at time of order.

Verified reviewI’m honestly so impressed with Cowling and Wilcox. I ordered an easel in the sale and the delivery was delayed ( probably due to Christmas delivery high demand) but the delivery company were uncontactable and updates poor . Megan Warren from Cowling and Wilcox’s customer care team was stunningly amazing in both keeping me updated, returning every single call or e mail I wrote almost immediately and was so understanding with me as I needed the item by a certain date and was becoming frustrated by the delays. Megan was so polite and patient, I felt supported and in good hands. I hope her supervisors know how what an amazing ambassador she is for their company!

Verified reviewMy wife has recently taken up art as a hobby and she wanted desk top easel to work with, rather than have her work resting on a table-top. We both looked and found the Cowling and Wilcox web site. The web site was very intuitive and easy to navigate and we quickly found the item that we were after. The ordering process was very easy and payment was made by credit card with no issues. I did have occasion to contact customer services to ask about delivery so that we could be in when the parcel arrived. Megan could not have been more helpful. The email responses were extremely quick and informative. All in all, a great company to order from.
