Verified reviewThis is an update on a previous, less favourable review. My item was damaged due to inadequate packaging for the incessant wet weather and the careless delivery of the courier. The Customer Service Team at Cowling and Wilcox is second to none - they immediately apologised and are in the process of sending a replacement, free of charge. The item is out of stock, but they are going to the trouble of sourcing one from another store. I have been kept informed of progress at all times, and really appreciate their efforts to remedy the situation. I only wish some other online vendors would take note, and value their customers in the same way. Thank you.

Verified reviewgood items at a competitive price. Despatch time could be faster and packing needs to be more robust / rigid when subjecting delicate items to the less than careful handling by EVRI. The roughly handled parcel was dumped unceremoniously by our front door bending the contents.

Apologies for not realising you have no capability at weekends. I thought you were active on Saturdays. EVRI are a constant problem in our area. If the packages are not ‘lost’ (I think this happened with one of my previous orders with you)they are delivered in an unprofessional way as the delivery drivers have unrealistic schedules to meet to make their targets/ incomes. Otherwise I am a fan of your operation.

Thank you so much for the constructive feedback. At busier times, we process at the weekends but, normally, we run a Monday to Friday operation. We're actively looking to offer different carrier options at Checkout and should have that in place very soon. We understand some geographical areas suit different Carriers, eg. EVRi in our area is very good. I suppose it's down to the driver(s). Once again, thank you for your feedback and support it's very much appreciated.
