Verified reviewCowling and Wilcox website is easy and intuitive to use. However, for the order I made, I needed the help of customer services. I was trying to buy a carry case for the Lexington A3 Workstation. This workstation, whilst being A3 in size, is also quite deep at 7cm. Meg at customer services was a huge help and recommended the A3 designer case. Unfortunately the case, whilst being well made, would not fit the Lexington Workstation. Having explained this to customer services, Meg gave me every assistance to return the case for a refund. I found their service to be superb!
