Verified reviewWhilst the Customer Services at Cowling and Wilcox were very responsive and helpful they were not able to resolve the problem with their courier EVRI who failed to deliver my parcel. Having accepted that they had my parcel and had not delivered it on time they then refused any further update and I was forced to cancel my order and get a refund from Cowling and Wilcox. Appalling service from EVRI but sadly means I can’t order again unless I know a better courir service is being used

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry you had such a bad experience with Evri, one of our Carriers. I'm afraid we've had issues, from time to time, with all of our Carriers. It seems to come down to local drivers and their competence. We're implementing a new system soon which will give consumers like yourself the ability to choose different Carriers. I hope this will help. Verified reviewi would have given 5 stars but the white acrylic paint i bought had a loose lid and paint had spilled into the box it arrived in, it looked as if the lid was fitted badly.

Thank you for taking the time to review us and feeding back. I'm so sorry the paint leaked due to the loose lid. Carriers can sometimes be very rough with our goods and to deal with this we usually put paint into extra plastic bags. It sounds like that didn't happen this time and, for that, I'm very sorry. I understand our customer service team have been in touch and offered a 10% refund as an apology but you kindly declined saying you just wanted to point out the issue.
