Thank you for taking the time to review us. I've looked into this and can see we despatched on time (same day) but I can see we were let down by our Carrier on this occasion. I can see we've actioned a Refund and can only apologise again for our Carrier letting us both down. Although very disappointed that this much needed product arrived damaged, it speaks volumes of a company that looks after its customers so well when there is a problem. I cannot fault their aftercare and professionalism.
