Megan at customr service spent a great deal of time processing the order perfectly, involving a non-UK visa card, no UK address, and other hitches on my side. I would recommend Cowling and Wilcox whenever possible. And their delivery company EVRI also did an excellent job in next-day delivery. Thanks.

Verified reviewI ended up asking for a refund . I was utterly disappointed.No apology for their neglect and seeming indifference…. I waited nearly 3weeks for my order , which never came , their courier Evri kept the parcel for half of that time . Then when making a replacement order many of the colours were not available any more …. So I gave up . I would never waste time ordering from them again .

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry you had such a frustrating experience with us. I've looked into your order and it looks like you were caught in a bit of a perfect storm. Firstly, our Carrier let us both down by losing your parcel. Despite the bad press, this doesn't happen that often and can happen to any delivery service. We use many different services and they all have a habit of fouling up from time to time. At the same time, our customer service team was reduced by holidays and sickness so, temporarily, we were under a bit of pressure. This is not an excuse but hopefully goes some way towards an explanation. I can assure you we normally do a great job as you can see from our excellent reviews and I hope you feel you could use us again.
