Verified reviewI bought a wooden box to use as a sensory box for my children. It is well made, was a good price and exceeded my expectations. The only thing I would say, was that it was posted with no protection around it other than the cardboard box. I think it could have easily been damaged in transit but fortunately it wasn't so I'm very happy! Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to review us and I'm so sorry your parcel arrived in such a poor state. Normally, our Carriers are fine but they do have a habit of letting us all down from time to time. It seems to come down to individual drivers who leave little to be desired in terms of respect for our parcels. We try to pack as well as we can but if they're determined, well you know ... We use many different Carriers and, unfortunately, all of them are prone to these intermittent issues. Verified reviewI cannot review the contents of my order of 13th September as they have not yet been delivered as of today 26th September. Your customer service person was helpful on the phone yesterday and the customer relations person at your courier Evri is still trying to find out the whereabouts of the parcel. I realise that this is a courier error but would respectfully advise changing your delivery service.

Thank you for taking the time to review us and letting us know about the issues you've faced. I can see we sent out in good time but our Carrier has let us both down on this occasion. I'm so sorry about this. I can't say Evri are always perfect but neither are the rest. We send out using many Carriers (Royal Mail, DX, Evri, DPD, DHL, etc.) and they all have a terrible habit of letting us down from time to time. It's so frustrating. Verified reviewProducts were fine and at very competive prices, wrapped in plastic and quite poorly packed, not robust for transit. In particular glassine paper had been rolled without cardboard core or cover, then wrapped in bubble wrap with lots of sellotape and paper was dented as a bit crumpled and quite difficult to unwrap. In future I'd buy from the shop but probably won't use the website again.

I'm a bit bemused as to how this happened as we always make a huge deal to pack things as well as possible especially as Carriers aren't the most respectful towards our goods. All I can say is that this must have slipped through the net and, for that, I'm very sorry.
