Verified reviewGreat service. I received a phone call soon after placing the order and communications re delivery were good. Product is great. The only downside was that the assembly instructions could have been much clearer. It was mainly diagrams which were ambiguous and difficult to follow making the assembly a longer and much more arduous task than it should have been. My husband is very good at this sort of thing and it still took four hours and a lot of irritation to figure it out and get it all assembled. Also the numerous small parts could have been more clearly labelled to make the job quicker and easier. Definitely a two person job.

Verified reviewI was initially told that delivery would be between 5-7pm. I left specific instructions with the company as to where to leave the table at the property as I would not be at home. I then had a called from the delivery driver himself at 1700 saying he was running late. I then had another call at 1930 saying he could be as late as 2230. I re-iterated I would not be at home and left specific instructions as to where to leave it. I then didn't hear from them until I saw missed calls the next morning saying it could not be delivered as I wasn't at the property so had to organise another delivery date.

Verified reviewCommunication during the purchase was excellent, this was a surprise Xmas present and Cornilleau was always careful to check that any phone calls could not be over heard to spoil the surprise! The two guys who built the table were polite and efficient and even helped us hide the table in an out building. Great service and great table - many thanks.
