Verified reviewThe package would be delivered no later than 21/9. Nothing that day. In the evening message that the package would be delivered on Tuesday 22/9, okay. However, that day I received the message “due to lack of space in the courier bus, the package could not be loaded”. The package would be delivered the next business day (Wednesday 23/9). In the evening I suddenly received the message “shipment goes back to the sender”. Without a single delivery attempt. Completely stripped, I contacted TradeInn’s customer service. The response was incredible and testifies to little service. The cause why the package was not delivered was completely attributed to me as a customer. Either I would not have given the correct address or I would have refused the package. The opposite is true! As a customer, I can’t do anything about this, this is entirely the responsibility of Tradeinn/Trackinn and the carrier she hired. Tradeinn suggests that I contact DPD myself. First of all, since this is not my fault, it is not up to me to solve this. In addition, DPD does not accept requests from addressees, only from the sender. It would be appropriate for TradeInn to contact DPD yourself. Then I was told that I had to reorder the item myself. How can you offer such a bad service? I have contacted TradeInn again about this and have indicated that the fault is absolutely not with me, but with them. I asked them for a solution. To date, no response from TradeInn has been received. But now a request to leave a review...... What do you think??? The fault lies with TradeInn and the courier they hired. Tradeinn could have apologized and should have sent the article again on 22/9. After this event, I am definitely not willing to order anything in this webshop again. Finally, I’m glad I chose to pay later. I didn’t fully trust the TradeInn website, and that’s right now. It would be crazy that I first have to wait until the undelivered package is back at your company, which then needs another 2-4 working days to get the refund in order. I would then have to wait more than two weeks for my money, while the fault lies with TradeInn. I can’t come to any other conclusion than that TradeInn/TrackInn are scammers.
