Verified reviewFirst class from start to finish. Ordered directly from manufacturer, got contacted within 48 hours a delivery slot just before Christmas. Item was well packed, of good quality, and easy to errect. My only complaint would be that when spending this sort of money on an outdoor table, I would have liked it if it came with a cover, rather than having to purchase one separately, but all in all, very happy.

Verified reviewDelivery was great eventually, dropped a star as ordered before Christmas only to be told it couldn't be delivered until after the new year as I had missed the cut off date. I was informed that this was clearly stated on the website that I ordered from but after checking more than once I still could not find that information anywhere. But the guys who delivering it in the new year where great and very helpfull.

Verified reviewNotifications and a phone call early in the process kept me well informed about my delivery. The driver contacted me when he was on the way. Delivered the rather heavy package exactly where I wanted it. Delivery was fast and on time.
