Verified reviewOnce ordered it took a month to arrive, I had to chase up customer service, I said I needed it for my kids birthday party and I was guaranteed it would arrive for the weekend, sadly it didn't arrive till the Tuesday. Great product, terrible customer service. My child was gitted.

Verified reviewOrdering process fine. Unfortunately it was not processed/sent. Had to chase it up and after just over a week it was sent and arrived a couple of days later. Got what I wanted but would have been better if you had got it right first time.

Verified reviewProduct is very good. The time to deliver and the product condition on eventual delivery was unsatisfactory as recognised by Cornilleau. The note on the packaging requires the recipient to unpack the goods prior to the courier departing. This is unreasonable and not honoured by the courier.

Verified reviewThe ping pong table is great, and we just needed a cover - which is no-nonsense, does what it's supposed to do and arrived on time - exactly like the table!

Verified reviewDelivery was prompt. I didn't give 5 stars because I had to buy a second cover as the first one disintegrated in the wind/rain despite being sold as weather-proof.
