Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We genuinely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the carrier damaging the table and the delay in receiving a replacement. After first contact we were told we'd need to wait until after the weekend for you to confirm the full extent of the damage and we received the final confirmation 2 days ago, upon receiving this information we have loaded a replacement table to be delivered to you. Unfortunately with the damaged table needing to be collected, we are only able to use our standard carrier to do this and not the express service. Also so close to Christmas all of our carriers are extremely busy and we are doing all we can to get the replacement to you as quickly as possible. With all our claims we like to wait until the situation is fully resolved before offering compensation, in this instance I will send out a goodwill gesture early for you.
