Verified reviewIt was easy to navigate the site because I had the part number I needed. I did not have this at first and this makes it a little harder as you would not believe how many different table tennis tables there are! However once done the process was straight forward. There were not very many deliver updates so I was a bit in the dark as to the actual date of delivery until Royal Mail got hold of it. Other than this no issues.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We are pleased parts of your experience were straightforward, and sorry that some aspects left you unsure. The assembly instructions that came with your table will have all parts codes included on an exploded view of the table, we can also send these to you if you no longer have them. Your comments really help us improve how we communicate with customers. Kind regards. Cornilleau UK

Verified reviewOnce set up, the table is excellent. However, the set-up instructions are hard work. You need spanners and tube spanners. It took around 6 hours.

Verified reviewEverything was easy, selecting the right table with accessory pack and cover included, decided to construct it ourselves. Delivery was on the day chosen and the guys carried the whole thing around to the back patio, that was a relief! There seemed to be a lot of parts but everything was clearly labelled, even down to a separate labelled bag for each type of screw, nut and bolt. Checked that all of the parts were there and worked my way through the instruction diagrams. I made a couple of mistakes by assuming things rather than carefully checking the diagram, for example I fitted one of the bat holders upside-down. It took most of the afternoon and I needed my wife to help lift each half of the table top and hold it upright until I had secured it. The whole process was fairly straightforward - one screw in the 1402 screw pack was malformed (no screw thread) but I substituted it from my DIY stuff and those four screws had to be removed and discarded anyway. We played the evening the table was delivered and I lost 2 games to nil. I'm sending the whole thing back!!!

Verified reviewthe comparison page showing the difference between the many table tennis tables was particularly helpful. Delivery went smoothly but wish now we had chosen the assembly option as assembly requires advanced diy skills and the right tools for the job (including a socket set).

Verified reviewOrder arrived very quickly and exactly what I needed. Found the spare parts service excellent and easy to navigate. Just to say needed spare parts because my son sat on the table tennis table with his friends and broke it, wasn’t anything to do with quality of product. Teenage idiocy.

Verified reviewService was good. Delivery took about a week. Not many date options offered (only two dates over a month-or-so), and was informed of the 2-hour delivery window on the day. Delivery arrived on time. Both the table and the accessory pack were delivered together, despite the website suggesting they would arrive separately. Customer service was prompt; received a prompt email reply when asking about delivery of the two items.
