Verified reviewReally bad quality there are still bits falling off and maybe it was to do with the packaging because it didn’t even have . Any bubble wrap around it. They gave me a ridiculous amount of money back just over £5 because I couldn’t be bothered to send it back but I won’t be buying anything else from them

Verified reviewOrdered a bathroom vanity unit, after assembly noticed the side panel piece of wood was split which I assume was from delivery, after contacting customer services they offered a complete refund, a voucher to spend online if I kept the item or a replacement unit being sent. I opted for a replacement unit and they collect the damaged item too. Also when you call customer services you actually speak to a human being and not an automated option service.
