Order, delivery and communication was fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend tikamoon to anyone, it has been a great experience to order with them. Sadly delivery was rude & rushed & product arrived with defective door Communication was good & return & refund all sorted but I wouldn’t order online again as you have to wait around a week for collection ☹️

Only thing is the delivery was a quite difficult and frustrating. The delivery booking system page was hard to use and required me to be in a full day (Mon-Fri) and a 3h time slot given the day before, which I need more notice than that for work, or the option of a Saturday. Getting in touch with the delivery people was difficult and the packaging was very grubby when it arrived (my hand was covered in dirt from just touching the packaging, thankfully really well packaged so all good inside).
