Nearest place where u could import with dhl is about 100m from me, now i have to go to to airport to collect. This order have taken long time, and estimated time of arrvial have changed a few times.

Everything is okay, i just claimed my delivery with taxi, cause the only picking point is not really in a route of public transport. I just ask that u lift ur bann of other picking points, i don't rate that there could be a possibility to pick this packet next to my home, but it ain't even an option, 'cause of ur restrictions

Verified reviewI am extremely disappointed with my experience with Nose. My parcel never arrived, yet Nose considers the matter resolved based on a proof of delivery. The signature shown on the delivery document is not my signature and is completely unknown to me. I provided Nose with a copy of my ID showing my actual signature and also submitted a sworn statement (affidavit) confirming that I did not receive or sign for the parcel. In addition, I was at work at the alleged time of delivery. What I find particularly disappointing is that these important points have not been properly addressed. Instead, I was simply informed that the parcel was confirmed as delivered and that I should contact my bank if I wished to contest the decision. I expected Nose to take the situation seriously, investigate the unknown signature and properly consider the evidence I provided. Unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory response addressing these specific issues. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Nose. The way this delivery dispute has been handled has been extremely frustrating and has left me feeling that my evidence and concerns have not been taken seriously.

Following your report, we asked you to complete a sworn statement and provide identification, which you kindly did, and we then opened a formal investigation with our carrier, Colissimo. Colissimo confirmed the parcel as delivered and provided a proof of delivery (geolocaltion and signature), which is why we were unable to issue a refund or resend the order directly on our side. We fully understand that this outcome is not what you were hoping for, and that the mismatched signature remains a legitimate concern from your perspective. In cases like this, once the carrier maintains that delivery was completed, the next appropriate step is indeed to raise a dispute with your bank or payment provider, who can investigate the transaction independently and are best placed to make a determination based on the carrier's documentation. We're sorry we couldn't resolve this more satisfactorily on our end, and we remain available at info@noseparis.com if there's anything further we can clarify about the timeline or documentation of your case. I continue to expressly dispute having received the shipment in question. The signature shown on the proof of delivery is not my signature. I did not authorize any third party to accept the shipment on my behalf. Under Section 433(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the seller is obliged to deliver the purchased goods to the buyer. The transfer of risk is governed by Section 446 BGB, while the special provisions of Section 475(2) BGB apply to consumer sales. A mere electronic delivery status stating “delivered”, or a delivery document bearing a signature that cannot be attributed to me, does not in itself establish that the goods were actually handed over to me or to a person authorized by me to receive them. I have already provided you with a sworn statement confirming that I did not receive the shipment, documentation allowing my signature to be compared, and my working-hours record showing that I was at work at the stated time of delivery. To date, these documents have not been substantively addressed or rebutted. I therefore request that you provide specific evidence identifying the person to whom the shipment was allegedly handed over on 31 August 2026 and explain on what basis that person was authorized to receive the shipment on my behalf. Until proper delivery has been established, I consider the seller’s obligation under Section 433(1) BGB to remain unfulfilled. I have researched this matter and it’s not an uncommon case that the proof of delivery contained an unknown signature regarding to many other costumers experienced the same thing. What you are doing is one-sided and unlawful. You can’t tell me which person gave the signature and as a professional company you should take this serious and investigative this matter deeper. I already got my money back, from the payment provider. Because somehow you are the only one seeing it proven just by a delivery certificate with an unknown signature. I was prepared to take this matter further and even to court if necessary. I have already spoken to my lawyer, but since I got my money back I will keep it from here. I will just say that how this case was treated was not professional and against the german law. Therefore I will share my experience publicly.
