Verified reviewI had a very positive experience with NOSE PARIS. Everything went smoothly with my order. I accidentally selected the wrong shipping option, but their team was very quick and helpful in resolving the issue for me. I also received some lovely gifts with my order, which was a really nice surprise. This was my second order from NOSE PARIS, and everything went perfectly the first time as well. I am very happy with their service and would definitely recommend NOSE PARIS to others. I will certainly order from them again in the future.

Verified reviewA friend recommended Nose to me, and I visited twice on a recent trip to Paris. I had a lovely time and found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. I ended up buying two bottes of perfume, and each only after they had provided with me multiple options to get a sense of what I was truly looking for. Have already suggested to a few others whom I know will be in Paris soon!

I was pleasantly surprised to receive six free samples and even a complimentary travel-size perfume. The price was also better than in stores. Verified reviewI am very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I contacted your support team because I had previously placed two Discovery Set orders, each of which included a €12 voucher for a future purchase. I successfully used the first voucher, but unfortunately I lost the card containing the second voucher code before I had the chance to use it. I contacted customer support, explained the situation, and even provided screenshots of both of my Discovery Set orders as proof that I was entitled to receive the second voucher. Despite providing all the requested evidence, I never received the replacement code. Even more disappointing, my messages were simply ignored. I also explained that I needed a prompt response because I had already chosen a full-size perfume as a birthday gift for my husband and wanted to complete my purchase as soon as possible. Unfortunately, no one followed up or offered any solution. I believe this is not the level of customer care that customers should expect. When a customer provides clear proof and politely asks for assistance, ignoring their request is neither professional nor respectful. I truly hope Nose will improve its customer support, as the products are excellent, but the after-sales service has left me very disappointed.
Reply from Noseparis.com
Hello, We are truly sorry for the frustration and lack of follow-up you experienced — this is absolutely not the level of service we wish to provide, and we sincerely apologize. We have looked into your case and we will be sending you your voucher code shortly. We hope you will still be able to use it for your husband’s birthday gift! 🌸 Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@noseparis.com if you need anything further — we will make sure your message is taken care of promptly this time.
