Dear Madam, First of all, we would like to thank you for taking the time to write this review. However, we are sincerely sorry to note your disappointment. Please note that any positive or negative feedback is important to us because we are constantly improving our services. Indeed, when you ordered on our website, the six free samples that you wanted were not visible on your invoice because it seems that the selection has not been fully validated. When you contacted us by phone to inform us that you had not received his samples, we have them shipped directly so that you receive as soon as possible. We apologize if this offended you as that was not our goal. The satisfaction of each of our customers is very important to us, which is why we have added sample credits to your Nose account. We are looking forward to hearing from you and remain at your entire disposal. Best regards, Margaux NOSE Team

Dear Madam, First of all, we would like to thank you for taking the time to write this review. However, we are sincerely sorry that the perfume may have been damaged. As you mentioned in the email to our customer service, the perfume arrived in a sealed box, which indicates that we unfortunately could not see this defect before shipping it to you. Before contacting the brand, could you give us by email (info@noseparis.com) the batch number of this perfume? We remain at your entire disposal. Best regards, Margaux
