Verified reviewBought a 100mL Ex Nihilo fragrance that was said to include a complementary gift. I added the gift to my cart and proceeded to check out, but once I received my order confirmation email, the gift was removed from my order. I contacted support through email 5 days ago now and have not heard anything back. Also contacted through Instagram messages and no response. Very disappointing.
Reply from Noseparis.com
Dear Christian, Thank you for reaching out! The complimentary gift from Ex Nihilo is available from €280 excl. taxes (ex VAT). As your order came to €256 excl. taxes, it is just below the threshold, which is why the 7.5ml gift was not included. We are sorry for the confusion! Kind regards, Nose Paris

Verified reviewGreat experience and prices. The shipping took a bit longer than I had hoped but when the item arrived it was perfect and there were no hidden fees (which is something I’ve encountered when purchasing abroad, with other companies.i would definitely recommend and I will purchase again from them.
