Verified reviewThe products I purchased were great and (obviously) authentic. The shipping was truly breathtakingly fast, considering that I live in the USA. The prices were great, for the most part but not across the board. My only "gripe" would be with the strange variation with the samples. I noticed that some samples were less than a quarter of the mini bottle full while others were full to the brim, and some others were half full. It's strange considering that they're all supposed to be 1.5mL and there shouldn't be variation.Perhaps this is leakage? I'm unsure. It's difficult to truly complain about this because they're considered free after all, however, the same "issue" was also noted with the paid olfactive diagnosis sample set as well. Then again, that too is ultimately reimbursed with a coupon code for a follow up order. On one hand, I have to reserve myself and find it difficult to complain about this due to the free nature of these samples. On another hand, it's more so about the general principle and what it indicates about the care and consideration taken by Nose in decanting these mini samples.

Dear Jurgen, Thank you so much for this detailed and thoughtful review! We are thrilled to hear you were happy with the products and the speed of delivery all the way to the USA! Regarding the sample variation, we wanted to share a little transparency: our sample bottles are 2.5ml containers, but we officially declare 1.5ml of product — precisely because our samples are filled by hand, and this margin accounts for the natural variation that comes with the handmade process. Some may appear fuller than others, but rest assured that every bottle contains at least the 1.5ml promised. We hope this clarifies things, and we look forward to your next order! ✨ The Nose Paris team

Verified reviewI’m a U.S.-based customer of Nose, and I’ve always had a great experience with them. This time, I was a bit hesitant to place an order because of the tariff situation in the U.S., but Nose made the whole process easy by offering DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). My order shipped super quickly and arrived in just three days, with absolutely no issues. Thank you, Nose, for making the experience so smooth!
