Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyA really pretty necklace. My husband had it engraved for our wedding anniversary which was lovely, he ordered the wrong length chain but it was quickly sorted out and the new one sent . Very quick service and easy to contact if you have a question. Merci ,

Review collected by a third partyGorgeous present ,got a necklace for myself after having my babies a few years ago and have had so many compliments on it, I ordered one as a Christmas pressie for my own mum this year, which I have already given her and she loves it. A very high quality finish , great services and I couldn’t recommend more.

Review collected by a third partyThe necklace is beautiful. I just didn't give five stars because the little box to keep it came dirty with what looks like an ink blot, probably from a pen, and it doesn't go away. But the necklace itself is lovely and I have nothing to complain about it.

Review collected by a third partyFirstly, really nice quality necklace and being personalised makes it so special. Engraving is top quality and looks even better than on the website. Secondly, super fast delivery. I ordered on a Sunday and received it on the Tuesday, plus was kept informed of progress along the way. Would not hesitate to order from this company again.

Review collected by a third partyThe product is beautiful, however I realised I had made a spelling mistake, I emailed, 3 minutes after purchase to ask if this could be rectified. It turned up with the spelling mistake. Hence not giving it as a gift now.

Review collected by a third partySadly very disappointed with the triple ring necklace as the rings spin so you can’t read the message which was really important as it’s for someone really sick and I wanted the message to read she is brave strong and loved. In the advert the words all line up which is very misleading. Customer service don’t take calls or answer on line chat as advertised.
